Our story
Chris O'Connor spent years running several local service business. The work was excellent — but the Google profile didn't reflect it. Great customers were quietly going to competitors with more (and better) reviews.
The fix wasn't a bigger ad budget. It was a simple, consistent, policy-compliant way to ask happy customers for a review at the right moment. That system became Reviews Are Money.
