1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Through the contact form, we collect:

• Business name and your name
• Business email address
• Phone number (optional)
• The message you send us
• Your explicit consent to receive review-request communications

We also automatically log limited technical data when you submit the form — IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamp — as proof of consent and to protect against abuse.

3. Consent records

When you submit the contact form, you must actively check a consent box. We store a permanent record of that consent, including the exact consent text you agreed to, the source (contact form), your business email, and the IP address, user-agent, and timestamp of the submission. This record exists so we can demonstrate — to you, to platforms like Google, and to regulators — that any review-request communication we send was affirmatively authorized.

• To honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests
• To detect and prevent fraud, spam, or abuse
• To comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.

5. Opt-out and unsubscribe

You can stop review-request reminders at any time by visiting our unsubscribe page or by using the one-click unsubscribe link in any message we send. Opt-out requests are recorded in our suppression list and honored across future campaigns.

6. Data retention

• Contact submissions: retained for up to 24 months after our last interaction, then deleted or anonymized.
• Consent records: retained for the life of the business relationship plus 3 years, so we can prove consent existed at the time of any communication.
• Opt-out / suppression records: retained indefinitely. This is intentional — an opt-out list only works if we never forget who unsubscribed.
• Technical logs (IP, user-agent): retained with the consent or opt-out record they document.

You can request earlier deletion by emailing Info@reviewsaremoney.com. We will honor deletion requests except where we are required to retain records to prove consent, honor an opt-out, or comply with law.

7. Where data is stored

Data is stored with our hosting and backend providers using industry-standard security controls, including encryption in transit and at rest and row-level access controls. Access is limited to personnel who need it to operate the service.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Email Info@reviewsaremoney.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
