Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing reviewsaremoney.com or engaging ReviewsAreMoney ("we", "us", "our") for services, you ("you", "Customer") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

2. Services

We provide review-generation and reputation-management services for local businesses, including sending review-request communications to your customers with your authorization. Specific deliverables, pricing, and term are set out in the plan you select or in a separate order.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must have a lawful basis to share any customer contact information with us and to request reviews from those customers.
  • You will provide accurate business information and keep it current.
  • You will not use the services to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or discriminatory communications.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, CASL, and the review platform policies of Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, and any other platform involved.

4. Review platform policies

We operate in a manner designed to be compatible with Google's Maps User Contributed Content Policy and similar policies of other platforms. We do not gate, filter, incentivize, or fabricate reviews. You agree not to request or instruct us to engage in any conduct that would violate a review platform's policy. You remain responsible for the content posted about your business by third parties.

5. Fees and billing

Fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our guarantee (below) or as required by law. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. 30-day guarantee

If we do not generate at least 5 reviews for your business within the first 30 days of an active paid plan, you may request a refund of the fees paid for that first 30-day period. Refund requests must be made in writing to Info@reviewsaremoney.com within 45 days of your first payment. This guarantee is void if you fail to provide a usable customer list, suspend the service, or otherwise prevent us from performing.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for any reason on 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in conduct that risks non-compliance with review platform policies or applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by ReviewsAreMoney or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of your business data and your Google Business Profile.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with the same care it uses for its own confidential information and will use it only to perform under these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC REVIEW VOLUME, RATING, RANKING, OR REVENUE OUTCOME BEYOND THE EXPRESS GUARANTEE IN SECTION 6.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA.

12. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) content or customer data you provide, or (c) your violation of law or a review platform's policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ReviewsAreMoney is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located there.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
